A DIFFERENT DEFINITION OF PROGRESS
Life
changed.
You
changed.
Somewhere between ambition and responsibility, the life you built can stop feeling like the life you would choose.
That doesn’t mean you are ungrateful. It doesn’t mean you need fixing. And it certainly doesn’t mean the answer is to push harder, become more productive or chase a past version of yourself.
It means it is time to understand what is really happening—and decide what fits now.
WHY TALKING IS NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH
You can understand the pattern... and still repeat it.
We do not make choices with the conscious mind alone. Stress responses, held emotions, physical experiences and deeply practised habits can keep influencing us long after we understand them intellectually. Lasting change asks us to work with the whole system.a
THE AMY EVANS APPROACH
Clarity.
Capacity.
Meaningful action.
I bring together three complementary ways of working, choosing what supports the person in front of me rather than asking you to choose a modality.
01
Coaching
To clarify what you want, challenge the assumptions shaping your choices and turn insight into intentional action.
02
Kinesiology
To explore the stress responses, held emotions and body-based patterns that conversation alone may not reach.
03
Holistic Strategy
To shape the routines, boundaries, energy and environment that make change possible in your actual life.
The value is not in any one tool. It is in the integration.
WORK WITH ME
Support that meets you where you are.
Begin with a practical tool, experience focused personal support or step into a deeper guided transformation.

MEET AMY
Holistic thinking.
Grounded in real life.
I’m Amy Evans, Holistic Performance Coach, Kinesiologist, teacher and mum to three boys.
After a successful corporate career and my own shift into motherhood, I know what it is like to carry a great deal and still want more—not more pressure, but more purpose, energy and possibility.
My work sits where intelligent strategy meets the wisdom of the body. I make complex holistic ideas clear, credible and useful, so you can understand yourself more deeply and create change that holds up beyond the therapy room.
